Heat, concussion, and district oversight live in the same platform your coaches already use. Included on every plan.
AthleteCreed estimates the wet-bulb globe temperature (WBGT) where the coach is standing, or at the school, from the National Weather Service's WBGT forecast and an in-app model, using the higher when both are available. Where a verified state table is in force, the estimate is banded on WBGT, or heat index where the state's table uses it, with your school's stricter rules added. Without one, the app says so and tells coaches to measure on site.
In your heat season, where a verified state table is in force, coaches and administrators with heat alerts on get a push and email advisory when the estimate reaches your alert band in your practice window, and a morning briefing on days the peak is forecast to reach it. A signed heat response log, which can't be edited in the app, records the app's estimate, the on-site reading, the band, the action taken, and whether an athletic trainer was present.
A six-stage return-to-play protocol with a 24-hour minimum between stages, checked on the server rather than left to the honor system. Training is held until a licensed provider's clearance is recorded, and each athlete gets a compliance packet PDF.
District administrators see workouts, attendance, PRs, active injuries, active concussions and heat-log counts for every school on one screen, with drill-down into each building. Heat figures are counts of records, not a compliance grade.
Heat readings in the app are advisory estimates from weather data. The on-site instrument reading is the compliance reading, and AthleteCreed records it alongside the estimate. Where a state's acclimatization ramp is not encoded and verified, the heat acclimatization report says it cannot attest rather than guessing.
AthleteCreed®IQ insights are included with every paid plan. Video Form Review is an optional add-on for programs that want athletes to upload lift videos for their coach to review and leave form notes.

Native iOS and Android apps are in development and are not yet in the app stores. Until they are, AthleteCreed® works in any browser and installs to the home screen, with the same features.
Yes, as an optional feature for private and religious schools only. On request, AthleteCreed turns on a daily King James Version Bible verse on athlete and staff dashboards (users can close it), a verse and cross mark on the weight-room TV display, and a small cross beside the school name in the app for that school's users, including parents, who see the cross but not the verse. The verses are a fixed set on strength, perseverance and teamwork. It is off by default, is not available to public schools, is turned on by AthleteCreed rather than from your admin screens, and is not a plan, an add-on or an extra charge.
