AthleteCreed®IQ Intelligence

Training intelligence that works behind the scenes

AthleteCreed®IQ turns real athlete data into coach-ready insight — included with every paid plan.

AthleteCreed®IQ Training Intelligence

Included

AthleteCreed®IQ is the intelligence layer inside AthleteCreed®. It uses athlete readiness, training history, performance trends, progression rules, and workload patterns to help coaches adjust training, identify athletes who need attention, and keep teams progressing.

  • Daily readiness surveys
  • Sleep/soreness/stress/energy tracking
  • Readiness-based load adjustments
  • Body weight tracking

Athletic Department Safety

Heat, concussion, and district oversight

Included on every plan, in the same platform your coaches already use.

Heat safety built around wet-bulb globe temperature

Included

Wet-bulb globe temperature (WBGT) accounts for air temperature, humidity, sun and wind, and it is the measure many state athletic associations write their heat rules in. AthleteCreed puts an advisory WBGT estimate and your state's rules in front of coaches before practice, and keeps a signed record of what was done about the heat.

Live WBGT Estimate

Where the coach is standing

Your State's Rules

Plus your stricter additions

Signed Heat Log

One-page PDF per record

Acclimatization

Per-athlete attendance

Heat readings in the app are advisory estimates from weather data. The on-site instrument reading is the compliance reading, and AthleteCreed records it alongside the estimate. Where a state's acclimatization ramp is not encoded and verified, the heat acclimatization report says it cannot attest rather than guessing.

A live estimate where the coach is standing

When a coach or administrator opens AthleteCreed, it estimates WBGT for the device's location, or for the school's location when the device does not share one. The estimate draws on the National Weather Service's WBGT forecast and an in-app model run on current weather data; when both are available, the higher one is used. Coaches also see today's expected peak and when the forecast was issued. It is an estimate for the area, not a reading of your field.

Your state's table, plus your stricter rules

Your school picks its state association's heat policy. The estimate is banded on WBGT, or on heat index where the state's table uses it, and coaches see what the band requires for practice length, breaks, equipment and activity. Administrators can add stricter rules, never looser ones, and a read-only rules page highlights the band that applies right now. Only a verified table drives a band; where none is in force, the app says so and tells coaches to take an on-site reading. Association guidance is labeled as guidance, not law.

Advisories and a morning briefing in season

During the heat season your administrators set, and where a verified state table is in force, coaches and administrators who keep heat alerts on get a push and email advisory when the estimate reaches your alert band inside the practice window. On days the peak is forecast to reach that band, they also get a morning briefing with the expected peak, when it is expected and what the band requires; administrators can have it sent on days below the band too. A morning without a briefing is not an all-clear, and AthleteCreed never sends one.

A signed heat response log

Coaches record what was done about the heat, with the live estimate filled in when they start from it: the app's advisory number, the on-site instrument reading, the band, the action taken, practice minutes and breaks, whether an athletic trainer was present, whether cold-water immersion was ready, and a typed signature. A record can't be edited in the app; a correction is a new entry. Each record prints as a one-page PDF.

Acclimatization protocols

Run an acclimatization protocol by sport and season with a per-athlete roster and daily attendance. Where a verified state heat table is in force for the protocol, each day's on-site reading is checked against it; where none is, the report says the band cannot be checked. Where your state's day-by-day ramp is also encoded and verified, the days are graded against it; otherwise the report says it cannot attest rather than guessing.

A heat column on the district rollup

District administrators see, for each school, the signed heat-log records from the last 30 days, how many report heat illness, and the acclimatization protocols in progress. These are counts of records, not a compliance grade.

Concussion return-to-play with the 24-hour rule enforced

A six-stage return-to-play protocol with a 24-hour minimum between stages, checked on the server rather than left to the honor system. Training is held until a licensed provider's clearance is recorded, and each athlete gets a compliance packet PDF.

One rollup for every school in the district

District administrators see workouts, attendance, PRs, active injuries, active concussions and heat-log counts for every school on one screen, with drill-down into each building. Heat figures are counts of records, not a compliance grade.

For private and religious schools

Optional

An optional feature for private and religious schools only. On request, AthleteCreed turns on a daily King James Version Bible verse on athlete and staff dashboards that users can close, a verse and cross mark on the weight-room TV display, and a small cross beside the school name in the app for that school's users. It is off by default and is not available to public schools. The content is Christian and fixed, and it is not a plan, an add-on or an extra charge.
