Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AthleteCreed® ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent, guardian, or school has authorized your use of this platform.

Description of Service

AthleteCreed is a strength and conditioning platform designed for scholastic athletics programs. It provides workout programming, progress tracking, leaderboards, form check video review, and coach-athlete communication tools.

User Accounts

Accounts are created by authorized school staff (coaches and administrators), by athletes who register themselves with the registration code their school shares, or by parents who register with a single-use parent link code for their child. When someone registers with a code, we record that they accepted these Terms and the date. A coach or administrator at the school must approve each self-registered athlete before the athlete can sign in. An athlete under 13 also needs the consent of a parent or guardian, who is asked by email, or the school's authorization, recorded by its staff. A school should still share its code only with the people it intends to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of athletic training and school sports programming. You must not:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to access data from other schools or unauthorized accounts
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes outside your school's subscription
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

Content

Coaches retain ownership of custom workout programs they create. Exercise data, form check videos, and training logs entered by users remain the property of the respective school. AthleteCreed maintains a license to store and display this content for platform operation.

AthleteCreed is a training management tool, not medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for injury treatment, nutrition guidance, and medical decisions. Use of training programs is at the athlete's and school's own risk.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and updates may temporarily affect access. The offline workout logging feature allows continued use during brief connectivity interruptions.

Termination

Schools may cancel their subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. A school or district administrator can download a full export of the school's data whenever they can sign in, including after the subscription ends (Admin → Full Data Export, or the Billing page). Once the school's account is closed, we send the export on request until the data is deleted. When a school asks us to delete its data, at termination or at any other time, we delete all of it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
