Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AthleteCreed ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent, guardian, or school has authorized your use of this platform.

Description of Service

AthleteCreed is a strength and conditioning platform designed for scholastic athletics programs. It provides workout programming, progress tracking, leaderboards, form check video review, and coach-athlete communication tools.

User Accounts

Accounts are created by authorized school staff (coaches and administrators). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of athletic training and school sports programming. You must not:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to access data from other schools or unauthorized accounts
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes outside your school's subscription
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

Content

Coaches retain ownership of custom workout programs they create. Exercise data, form check videos, and training logs entered by users remain the property of the respective school. AthleteCreed maintains a license to store and display this content for platform operation.

AthleteCreed is a training management tool, not medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for injury treatment, nutrition guidance, and medical decisions. Use of training programs is at the athlete's and school's own risk.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and updates may temporarily affect access. The offline workout logging feature allows continued use during brief connectivity interruptions.

Termination

Schools may cancel their subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow export, then deleted.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
